Fred is an octopus found in the Caribbean beach before and during the quest My Son is a Pirate. He wanted to put black ink over the entirity of the Panfu Island, because he thought that Nasir, his old best friend, stole all of the treasure they found together and escaped to the Eerie Forest. In reality, it was William Pandabeard who stole their treasure.
