The Magic Ice Diamond is a quest in Panfu about Kamaria's lost love. Farid disappeared one day and has never been seen since.

The quest starts as William Pandabeard needs the pandas to help him find Beardy, his parrot that got out of his cage. After going down into the Secret Basement, the pandas learn about the secrets of the ice diamond, and Kamaria learns and explains to the pandas that Farid tried to get the diamond as a present to her. He had ignored the warnings of a curse and got frozen after touching the diamond. Now, the pandas of Panfu must help bring Kamaria's love Farid back to safety.

• The quest was first teased in My Son is a Pirate, and later multiple times in June 2009.
• It had a prequel event called Treasure Map.
• The quest was released on November 26, 2009.
• Testing for the quest occurred from November 11 to November 26, 2009.
• It is referred in game files as The Lost Lover Quest, which might be an early name for the quest.
• It was originally capitalized as The magic ice diamond. This was however changed with the renovation of the Quest Book in February 2011 to the current capitalization.
• Kamaria has removed dialogue saying You need a torch? Ask the fisherman in the harbor. I'm sure he can make you one.
